No. Written estimates for every service and commercial plans are always free, we visit, measure, talk through stains and finishes, and email you a clear, itemized quote with no obligation.
How soon can you start?+
Most estimates go out within a day, and typical projects are scheduled within one to two weeks. For urgent renews, before a move, a sale or an event, just tell us the date and we'll do our best to fit you in.
What does "free estimates" mean?+
Before any work begins, we give you one clear quote to approve, prep, materials and labor included. No hourly meter, no surprise add-ons at the end. You always decide before we start.
Will you protect the yard and house?+
Yes, plywood paths for loads, beds flagged, siding shielded at the ledger, and a magnet sweep for fasteners at cleanup.
What happens to the debris?+
Old decking and spoil leave the same day, recycled where possible. The lawn gets raked and swept before we do.
Is the work guaranteed?+
Yes, in writing, workmanship on frame, boards and rails. If something we built moves, we return first and free.
